Payment Terms & Options

We make it easy to work with us. Set up an account and email or fax your company name, address, phone and fax numbers and contact names along with three verifiable credit references. If approved, account terms are net 30 days. Send your information to accounting@multilayer.com or fax to 972-790-0293

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Submit credit card information along with any purchase orders, including the complete name and address on the card, card number, and expiration date.

Sales Policy & Warranty

The quotation is based on the provided PCB specifications manufactured by IPC-600-A Class II or specifications supplied by the customer. All deliveries are quoted in business days, excluding weekends and legal holidays. In the event of a new order where time is a factor (1-3 day turns), we will require Gerber Data, Drawing(s) by 10:30 am for that day to be considered day one.

Returns

Any returns must be handled through our QA director, and an RMA # will be assigned for the return to be reviewed by Multilayer Technology’s QA staff.

Warranty

PCB warranty covers only the manufacturing integrity of the PCB, any mishandling, storage, components, or assembly conditions are not covered under this warranty. Returns must be reported to Multilayer Technology within 90 days from original shipping date from Multilayer Technology.
